We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented licensing coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting business licensing across our retail locations, ensuring compliance with all relevant jurisdictional requirements. Responsibilities

• Research and retrieve licensing data from various sources, including city, county, and state government websites.
• Accurately enter and maintain licensing information within our internal database.
• Prepare and submit license applications to relevant jurisdictions as needed.
• Respond to requests for information from retail locations regarding licensing matters.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently, ensuring all correspondence is handled in an organized and timely manner.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve any licensing-related issues.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in an administrative or data management role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing mail, both incoming and outgoing, with a strong emphasis on organization.
• Proficiency in using a laptop, performing data entry, and basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with business licensing or other regulatory compliance is a significant plus.
