Salesforce Performance Architect

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable Salesforce architectures focused on performance optimization.
Review and tune Apex, LWC, SOQL, and integrations for performance.
Conduct system audits, load testing, and health checks to ensure reliability.
Optimize data models, indexing, caching, and asynchronous processing.
Lead integration optimization with ERP/EHR/Data Lake systems (MuleSoft preferred).
Implement monitoring tools (Event Monitoring, AppDynamics, New Relic).
Mentor teams and collaborate with business/tech stakeholders on performance goals.
✅ Must Have
8+ years Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in Performance Architecture.
Strong in Apex, LWC, SOQL performance tuning, and Salesforce Data Architecture.
Deep understanding of governor limits, caching, and asynchronous processing.
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
Integration experience using MuleSoft or Informatica.
Domain experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, or Life Sciences.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Salesforce Certifications preferred — Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA.
💡 Domain Experience
Proven hands-on experience in regulated industries (Healthcare, Finance, Life Sciences).
Familiarity with compliance-driven architecture, security requirements, and enterprise data handling.
Exposure to Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, Platform Encryption, and large-scale enterprise Salesforce environmen
