Job Details

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Okta Operations Lead for a contract assignment with one of our premier Investment Management services clients in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities :
  • Project Manage and Implement client SSO.
    • Work with Relationship Management to coordinate meetings with client.
    • Work with client technical teams to plan data exchange and testing.
    • Troubleshoot any issues that arise from setup.
  • Okta Change Managment
    • Manage any upgrades to Okta widget.
    • Keep track of Okta changes and escalate decisions on new features when needed.
    • Track and update settings changes.
    • Update expired certificates.
  • Other onboarding
    • Onboard clients to Snowflake by running scripts.
    • Ad-hoc creation of Okta applications and authorization servers.
  • General Support
    • Act as 1st level SME and triage support tickets for engineering team.
    • Work on support tickets as available during business hours - no on-call expected.
    • Suggest enhancements to automation and/support processes.
    • Support Legacy SSO issues & generic Maintenance ( coordinated cert ( SP and IDP) updates for clients live on legacy SSO.
Required Skills:
  • BS/BA
  • Expertise with Okta Administration.
  • Expertise with SSO / SAML2 / OIDC / OAUTH.
  • Strong Problem Solving.
Preferred Skills:
  • Project Management skills a plus.
