Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and supporting the JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to drive operational efficiency and meet business needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, enhance processes, and implement effective solutions, particularly in manufacturing and distribution environments. Responsibilities:

Work alongside business stakeholders to analyze and prioritize requirements for system enhancements and new features.

Create detailed documentation, including test cases, process maps, and acceptance criteria, to guide development and implementation.

Develop a deep understanding of operational processes such as manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, and supply chain.

Propose and implement solutions leveraging JD Edwards capabilities to align with strategic business goals.

Train and support end-users, ensuring they are proficient with JD Edwards tools and processes.

Lead and oversee JD Edwards projects, maintaining adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and business efficiency.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of business processes and user guides within the system.

Monitor new JD Edwards releases to identify and apply relevant features to improve functionality.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and standard IS practices, including change management and service request tracking

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or a similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
Proven expertise in JD Edwards platform, with a focus on manufacturing and distribution modules.
Strong knowledge of JD Edwards configuration and integration; experience with development tools is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Willingness to travel 25%-50% within the company's global locations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
