Role Description:
Minimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners
1. Experience in handling MIM support.
2. Knowledge on Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations CSI
3. Experience in handling Problem management, Change management, Service Level Management, Capacity Man-agement, Knowledge Management, Availability Manage-ment
4. Good exposure to MS office tools
5. ITIL Foundation Certification
6. Must have reporting capabilities and ability to present the reports
7. Must have strong communication skills along with email eti-quette
8. Should be proactive thought process oriented
9. Strong team player
10. Basic knowledge of technical platforms like Windows, Net-work, Unix, DBA, Storage
Good-to-Have:

2. ITIL Intermediate Expert level certification
