Job Summary:
We re seeking an experienced IVR Developer to join our team and support the development of next-generation Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions on the Concentrix platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Intervoice Development Studio/Interaction Composer, telephony systems, and object-oriented programming including C#/VB.NET.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain IVR applications using Concentrix, Intervoice Development Studio, and Interaction Composer
Develop custom scripts in ECMAScript (JavaScript) for IVR workflows
Integrate IVR systems with contact center platforms (e.g., Avaya)
Build and test application code based on specifications and best practices
Develop and execute unit and functional tests to ensure application stability
Perform system testing, debugging, documentation, and code version control
Provide on-call support for production applications and resolve issues as needed
Work in Agile/SDLC environments using tools like JIRA
Support deployment activities including patches, upgrades, and incident resolution
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
3+ years of professional programming experience
Proven experience developing IVR applications on Concentrix platform
Experience with JavaScript/ECMAScript
Proficiency in C# or VB.NET for ancillary apps
Understanding of telephony systems, contact center environments, and IVR call flows
Strong knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs, SQL, and web services
Familiarity with security concepts, web vulnerabilities, and object-oriented programming
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Avaya or similar contact center platforms
Exposure to mainframe systems and Java EE applications
Knowledge of NoSQL databases and API Management
