Job Summary:

We re seeking an experienced IVR Developer to join our team and support the development of next-generation Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions on the Concentrix platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Intervoice Development Studio/Interaction Composer, telephony systems, and object-oriented programming including C#/VB.NET.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain IVR applications using Concentrix, Intervoice Development Studio, and Interaction Composer

  • Develop custom scripts in ECMAScript (JavaScript) for IVR workflows

  • Integrate IVR systems with contact center platforms (e.g., Avaya)

  • Build and test application code based on specifications and best practices

  • Develop and execute unit and functional tests to ensure application stability

  • Perform system testing, debugging, documentation, and code version control

  • Provide on-call support for production applications and resolve issues as needed

  • Work in Agile/SDLC environments using tools like JIRA

  • Support deployment activities including patches, upgrades, and incident resolution


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

  • 3+ years of professional programming experience

  • Proven experience developing IVR applications on Concentrix platform

  • Experience with JavaScript/ECMAScript

  • Proficiency in C# or VB.NET for ancillary apps

  • Understanding of telephony systems, contact center environments, and IVR call flows

  • Strong knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs, SQL, and web services

  • Familiarity with security concepts, web vulnerabilities, and object-oriented programming


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Avaya or similar contact center platforms

  • Exposure to mainframe systems and Java EE applications

  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases and API Management
