Job Description
Dynatrace Architect is a vital member of the team, responsible for delivering Dynatrace services. The role focuses on customer success and technology adoption, working with customers and helping them maximize the value that Dynatrace delivers, enabling delivery of high-performing applications with a first-rate customer experience. Customer environments will vary widely. Significant performance problems may take down customer applications, creating a high-stress, time-critical working environment. Other situations may need a more measured approach with rigorous change control and approval processes. Regardless, engagements often take place in cross-organizational, highly political, and visible atmospheres so excellent communication and customer management skills, and the ability to constantly make progress and add value while keeping all parties updated on progress, are essential skills.
You should have a high-tech background with an application focus and will be intuitive problem-solvers comfortable in complex environments, seeking a wide variety of challenges to help them grow. A strong understanding of appropriate technologies (described briefly below) is required as this role calls for more than simple product installation and configuration. You will be required to develop skills in using Dynatrace technology to help isolate and analyze application performance problems. You will interact with a wide variety of roles both business and IT need to gain mastery of this knowledge along with the ability to communicate clearly, credibly, and confidently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Earn the confidence of customers, partners, and colleagues as a trusted advisor in Application Performance Management
  2. Represent Dynatrace as a product expert on its technology
  3. Deploy, administer, configure and maintain Dynatrace technology
  4. Ensure effective monitoring of critical business applications at customer sites
  5. Build and enhance dashboards, reports and alerts to meet customer requirements
  6. Help customers troubleshoot, profile, and predict application performance issues
  7. Mentor and train customers on Dynatrace technology and best practices
  8. Build Dynatrace brand loyalty and uphold Dynatrace solution against competitive threats

Qualifications :
  1. Extensive experience working as Professional Services Consultant / Delivery consultant within IT Industry
  2. Excitement and eagerness to learn new technology
  3. Passion for IT development and desire to gain in-depth knowledge
  4. Bachelor's degree or minor in any of the following: Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Math or equivalent training or course work experience
  5. Basic knowledge of Java, C#, .Net, Python or similar programming languages
  6. Interest in web programming and Object-Oriented design
  7. Fluent spoken and written English and Japanese
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills

Role expectation
  1. End to End knowledge on Dynatrace implementation.
  2. At least one PoC should have hands on experience.
  3. Providing L1/L2/L3 support in Dynatrace all activities.
  4. Should have strong in any one of the cloud implementations.
  5. Expertise in Configure the Process and Service detection rules.
  6. Good experience in RUM i.e. User action/session properties, request attributes, SLOs, calculated metrics, Mobile app user experience monitoring, Key user action metrics, Funnel charts for journeys etc
  7. Easy to adapt new configurations based on the customer requirements.
  8. Ability to understand and map key problem areas basis the explanation given by the customer.
  9. Certified in Dynatrace Admin/Professional
  10. Should have strong knowledge in all Dynatrace services and functionalities.
  11. Expertise in problem solving within the deadlines without impact to the customer.
  12. Expertise in raising support tickets and follow-up's, and connecting with Dynatrace supporting people.
  13. Always fulfill the customer requirements.
  14. Articulate how APM will help the customer transform his current approach of problem solving.
  15. Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a team player.
  16. Application architecture and Business impact of downtime.
  17. Preparing the monthly shift roaster and manage the team members.
  18. Dynatrace integrations to any ITSM tool.
  19. Knowledge in Synthetic Monitoring Concept and implementation.
  20. Experience in performing application performance analysis.
  21. Strong knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident, Problem and Change Management
