Role: QA Analyst
Location: Onsite (Tallahassee, FL)
Visa: H4/ L2 / EAD
Responsibilities:
- 3+ years experience (it would not hurt to have one or two with more experience)
- Experience with ERP systems is essential, ideally Oracle PeopleSoft
- Experience with testing / utilizing ServiceNow
- Experience with test documentation, including test plan creation, creation of user acceptance testing (UAT) suites, and translating business requirements into testable workflows
- Experience with no code / low code test automation systems inside ERP systems / Service now, for example Tricentis Tosca
- We should try and find at least 5 total team members that can code in test automation frameworks such as Microsoft Playwright
- Exceptional communication skills
- ISTQB certs are valuable
- Technical writing
