Job Title: Live Training Systems / Non-Systems Program Analyst
Organization: US Army Training Support Center, Army Training Support Center-Tactical Engagement Simulation Team (Fort Eustis, VA)
Position Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the Army Tactical Engagement Simulation Systems (TESS) Analysis (ArTA) Systems Data Book, serving as a comprehensive reference manual for emerging technologies within the Army. This involves continuous updates, compiling information from various sources, and creating a user-friendly format for easy access.
Reformat, update, and maintain the ArTA Common Operating Picture (COP), providing a current overview of Signature Modernization Efforts and Programs of Record (POR), including Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) dates and lifecycle progression.
Develop and regularly update the presentation of the ArTA Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) effort, illustrating proposed force structures and equipment assignments to different echelons, emphasizing connectivity to training networks at Combat Training Centers and Home Stations.
Update the Instrumentable-Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement (I-MILES) COP, detailing current capabilities and identifying Force-on-Force (FoF) live training gaps.
Analyze current training programs, ensuring references are up-to-date and recommending necessary updates.
Provide support to the TESS Team for document conversions and presentation development, collaborating with Basis of Issue Plan (BOIP) POC to create presentations for higher-level meetings.
Review and provide comments on various staffing documents, including Capability Development Documents (CDD).
Attend weekly/semi-weekly Integrated Test Plan (ITP) meetings, reporting notable actions to leadership for situational awareness and potential action.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Proficiency in document management and presentation development
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Familiarity with Army training systems and procedures
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Prior experience in program analysis or related fields (preferred)
