Our client is seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead EDI enablement and integration initiatives across Dynamics 365 (D365) and other core business systems.

This role will ensure seamless data exchange between internal systems, external partners, and key stakeholders to enhance supply chain, finance, and operations workflows.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead EDI implementation and integration efforts across D365 and other business systems.
  • Design, develop, and maintain system integrations, APIs, and data flows to optimize business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Supply Chain, and Finance, to define integration requirements.
  • Manage third-party integration providers and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvements in integration strategies to enhance scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in integration management, with a focus on EDI and ERP systems (preferably D365).
  • Strong knowledge of EDI transactions (X12, EDIFACT), API management, and middleware platforms.
  • Experience with supply chain, finance, or operations processes in a Client or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, IBM VAN, Azure Integration Services, Power Automate, or similar tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration and support of D365 within the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and readily adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a diverse, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
