Role: Senior Backend Software Engineer (Agent Tools + Integrations)
- Accountable for: Action execution, system integrations, domain safeguards Required Skills
- Strong backend development experience: o Python, Node.js/TypeScript, or C#
- API-first mindset with: o API Management policies o REST + async patterns (Service Bus, Durable Functions) Building agent tool adapters (structure data safe actions)
- Error handling, retries, idempotency, compensating behavior Secure system connections to: o CRMs, ERPs, databases, internal services
- Unit / integration testing + mocking external systems Preferred Skills
- Experience working closely with data/AI systems
- CQRS/event-driven patterns
