Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst / QA to support both requirement gathering and quality assurance for Salesforce projects. This hybrid role ensures the delivery of efficient, high-quality solutions tailored to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements.
Translate business needs into user stories and functional specs.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Create and execute test plans, test cases, and perform defect tracking.
Support UAT and ensure high-quality deliverables.
