Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned CRM Strategy & Systems Integration Consultant to lead the evaluation, integration, and optimization of CRM platforms in alignment with ERP systems and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in CRM transformation, particularly within SaaS, healthcare, and private equity environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Assessment & Strategy
    Evaluate existing CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and recommend optimal solutions based on business needs, scalability, and long-term viability. Ensure seamless alignment with NetSuite for sales, marketing, and reporting functions.
  • Systems Integration
    Collaborate with internal teams and NetSuite stakeholders to define CRM-ERP architecture. Identify integration risks and develop mitigation strategies, including role definition and resource planning.
  • Operational Leadership
    Provide hands-on support to bridge internal knowledge gaps. Lead CRM-related initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • CRM Migration & GTM Alignment
    Support customer segmentation, product mapping, and CRM migration/unification efforts. Drive integration that supports a unified GTM strategy and operational execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of leading CRM integrations and GTM strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce, HubSpot, and NetSuite platforms.
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, and private equity (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in fast-paced environments.
