About the Job:


The Business Analyst, Human Resources supports and enhances Oracle Human Resources systems within the Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud HCM. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, delivering ROI, and aligning business processes with technology by working closely with HR, IT, and technical teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Provide first-line HRIS/Payroll support and troubleshoot system issues.

Manage upgrades, patches, and testing for Oracle HCM modules.

Lead HR system projects and functional analysis.

Design and deliver HR reports and data feeds.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

 

·       5+ years solid hands on experience in Oracle EBS - US Payroll & Benefits module.

·       Strong HR, Payroll, and Oracle HCM knowledge.

·       Proficient in SQL, reporting tools, and project management.

·       Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·       Bachelor’s in IT or Business with 3+ years of HRIS/HR operations experience.
