erve as a Scrum Master for 2 3 Agile teams; facilitate all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
Coach team members, product owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices and values.
Drive the adoption of Scrum and Kanban frameworks to improve productivity, transparency, and delivery predictability.
Remove impediments proactively to enable continuous progress toward sprint goals.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-maintained and prioritized backlog.
Track and communicate key Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, cumulative flow).
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation within teams.
Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and Program Managers in SAFe or scaled Agile environments.
Facilitate cross-team coordination, integration planning, and dependency management.
Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile community of practice.
Partner with senior leadership to align Agile practices with organizational objectives.
Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards throughout delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of total IT/Project experience with at least 6 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
Proven success driving Agile maturity and improving team performance metrics.
Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including executive-level reporting.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery metrics is preferred.
Knowledge of Agile transformation initiatives within large enterprises.
