Senior Data Scientist - Omnichannel

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Katy, TX that is seeking a Senior Data Scientist - Omnichannel.

Responsibilities:
The Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of predictive models, own end-to-end data science projects, and drive omnichannel insights that shape business strategy. This role collaborates cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making and scalable machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build predictive and prescriptive models to forecast behavior and uncover trends
* Own the full lifecycle of data science products, from ideation to deployment
* Clean, integrate, and manage large datasets from various sources
* Partner with teams across product, finance, marketing, and operations to align solutions with business goals
* Create visualizations that translate data into actionable business insights
* Scale and monitor models in production environments
* Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in data science

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
* 4+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering; 2+ years of experience in a senior analyst role
* Experience in retail analytics and omnichannel strategy is a plus
* Proficient in Python, R, or Scala; Expert in machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch)
* Advanced SQL skills; Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable)
* Skilled in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
* Strong communicator with proven ability to simplify complex data insights
* Capable of leading projects and mentoring junior analysts

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
