Job Title: Pharmacy Technician
Location: Richmond IN.
Duration: 6 Months.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
The Pharmacy Technician will:
1. Fill Medication Fill Sheets generated by the Pharmacist for the automated dispensing cabinet, including controlled substances for the Pharmacist's to check. Frequency and schedule as determined by the Pharmacist per patient medication usage.
2. Fill Controlled Substances, record quantities, and keeps a running record of stock on hand.
3. Deliver and stock the automated dispensing cabinets for each patient unit. Verify correct medication, quantity, and nearest Expiration Dates per the automated dispensing cabinet. Re-enter and adjust inventory for returned meds in the Automated Dispensing Cabinet.
4. Fill, as needed, Short Requisition orders (patient bulk medications and devices), out-of-stock, and new order fill lists. After Pharmacist has checked, deliver to automated dispensing cabinet on the patient unit, as needed. Pharmacy Technician is to initial all paperwork, which is to be filed in the Pharmacy.
