Job Details

Position: PMO Supply Chain Projects
Work Location: Atlanta, GA (5 days onsite mandatory)
Responsibilities:
  • Establish, manage, and continuously improve project governance frameworks, tools, and templates for supply chain initiatives.
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects focused on supply chain transformation, procurement optimization, logistics, and warehouse management.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead project planning activities including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Track, monitor, and report project progress, KPIs, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular PMO reviews, steering committee meetings, and project retrospectives.
  • Standardize best practices across supply chain projects to drive consistent delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Manage change control processes for supply chain initiatives.
  • Support the integration of new technologies and ERP systems within the supply chain function.
  • Serve as the key liaison between the PMO, IT, Procurement, Operations, and external suppliers.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and coordinators assigned to supply chain projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in a PMO or project management role, with at least 2 3 years managing supply chain-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain functions including procurement, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and supplier relationship management.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, and supply chain planning tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar
  • Comfortable working within matrixed organizations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
