About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with experience in building scalable, high-performing web applications. The role involves developing full-stack solutions, integrating with Oracle databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.






Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Build and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs to support application functionality.

Integrate applications with Oracle databases, writing and optimizing SQL queries as needed.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Contribute to technical decision-making and help improve coding standards across the team.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure release quality.

Collaborate with operations and product teams to resolve integration and performance issues.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and documentation requirements.






Must Haves:

3 5 years of full-stack development experience with hands-on MERN stack exposure.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).

Familiarity with Oracle SQL queries and optimization.

Solid understanding of software development principles and Agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
