Job Description:

Position Overview: The Wiz Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the installation, configuration, and rollout of the Wiz platform. This role requires a combination of technical acumen, project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management:

o Develop comprehensive implementation plans aligning with client or organizational needs.

o Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

o Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.

• Implementation and Configuration:

o Execute the installation and configuration of Wiz software to meet specific user requirements.

o Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Wiz with existing systems and data sources.

o Conduct testing to verify the functionality and performance of the application prior to launch.

o Integrate Wiz with Customer's Identity Provider (e.g. Entra) for SSO and MFA

o Help shape and define cloud security monitoring requirements based on leading practices

o Activate Wiz native build-time and run-time policies for each Cloud Service Provider environment based on customer requirements

o Build custom policies within Wiz based on customer requirements.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

o Work with the Project Management team to serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation process.

• Troubleshooting and Support:

o Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation.

• Documentation and Reporting:

o Maintain detailed records of implementation processes, configurations, and changes.

o Create functional specifications and user documentation for reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with the Wiz platform.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in understanding and troubleshooting technical systems and workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on client service and training.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
