Looking for W2 Consultants only
SAP Quality Management (QM) Lead
Remote with travel to Boston 1 time a month
Experience Required: 10+ years in SAP PP and QM
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP QM implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QM with PP, MM, SD, and other modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Design and configure QM processes including inspection planning, results recording, defect management, and quality notifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and production processes.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and industry standards.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and support teams.
- Support audit and compliance activities related to quality processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM and PP modules.
- Proven track record of leading SAP QM implementations or rollouts.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
- Experience with integration points between QM and other SAP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and manage change.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
