Lead the capture strategy for federal opportunities from identification through award, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
Develop and execute capture plans, competitive assessments, and pricing strategies to position the company for successful bids.
Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, prime contractors, and industry partners to identify teaming and subcontracting opportunities.
Collaborate with proposal, business development, and technical teams to shape winning solutions tailored to federal client requirements.
Conduct market research, analyze procurement forecasts, and track pipeline opportunities in federal contracting databases (e.g., SAM.gov, FPDS).
Facilitate gate reviews, black-hat sessions, and solutioning workshops to drive capture progress and strengthen win probability.
Lead customer engagement activities, including capability briefings, capture meetings, and pre-RFP shaping efforts.
Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and company policies throughout the capture lifecycle.
Track capture performance metrics, prepare executive reports, and present win strategies to senior leadership.
