Position: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

Location: Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: Fulltime

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management modules and will be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring the system, and supporting business processes to improve supply chain operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM functional consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, etc.).
  • Experience with business process analysis and requirement gathering.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and technologies (Oracle SOA, REST APIs) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Fusion SCM Certification.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud modules beyond SCM is a plus.
