Job Description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Global Immigration Coordinator to join their Immigration & Global Mobility team. This role is focused exclusively on non-U.S. immigration and will be instrumental in coordinating international work visa cases, overseeing business travel support, maintaining compliance, and managing data and vendor performance. This is a hands-on, admin-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of international work visa cases: initiation, tracking, documentation, and filings

  • Fully own and coordinate short-term global business travel visa support

  • Track vendor performance against SLAs and escalate issues as needed

  • Proactively follow up with vendors and international employees to ensure timelines are met

  • Monitor and triage the immigration team inbox; tag, route, and escalate inquiries appropriately

  • Maintain immigration records, trackers, and documentation in compliance with global standards

  • Respond to case status and hiring timeline questions from employees and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Extract, validate, and manage non-U.S. immigration data from internal systems such as Workday and ATS

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize global immigration workflows

  • Assist with document collection, support letters, audits, scheduling, and general admin tasks

  • Travel to San Francisco HQ for onboarding and in-person working sessions every two months

Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • 6+ years of experience in immigration coordination with a focus on global (non-U.S.) immigration

  • Strong knowledge of work visa processes across APAC and EMEA (including UAE)

  • Experience coordinating business travel visa programs

  • Familiarity with immigration case management platforms or ticketing systems

  • Proficiency with Workday, Excel, and Slack

  • High attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive data

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

Preferred:

  • Experience with SQL and Ashby

  • Previous experience in a tech or global mobility environment

Benefits:

Russell Tobin/Pride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision), supplemental insurance (accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity), 401(k) retirement savings, life & disability insurance, legal support, employee assistance programs, and exclusive discounts on home, auto, and pet insurance.
