Duration : Long-term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with strong experience in the banking domain to lead and deliver complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects in the banking/financial sector.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timeline, and resources.
- Drive daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in banking.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in managing IT projects in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Technical background (application development, infrastructure, or integration projects).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
Nice to Have:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications.
- Exposure to Core Banking Systems, Payment Platforms, or Regulatory projects.
