Duration: 12+ Months

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with hands-on experience in managing technology projects within the financial services and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative IT solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives in financial and healthcare domains.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage risks, issues, and change requests to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, HITECH, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
  • Coordinate with software development, infrastructure, QA, and business teams.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and third-party integrations.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 11+ years of IT project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR) and financial platforms (e.g., payment gateways, core banking systems).
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and data privacy best practices.
  • Knowledge of interoperability standards and financial compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
