Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Director Offline Condition Monitoring Partnerships to architect and scale a global partner ecosystem in the industrial services and predictive maintenance (PdM) space. This role is ideal for a trailblazer who thrives in building from scratch, with direct accountability for multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and scale a global partner ecosystem for offline condition monitoring, targeting $7.5M revenue by 2026.
Recruit, onboard, and enable 50+ partners across industrial services, condition monitoring, and MRO sectors.
Drive partnerships to revenue within the first 6 12 months of launch.
Leverage expertise in vibration analysis, ultrasonic testing, thermography, oil analysis, and motor current signature analysis to build credibility with partners.
Develop and manage a small hunter/BDR team with clear prospecting and revenue goals.
Design partner incentive structures including revenue sharing, SPIFFs, MDF programs, and performance tiers.
Negotiate complex agreements involving technology integration, data sharing, and commercial terms.
Travel 70%+ for partner meetings, industry events, and team development.
Required Qualifications:
8 12 years of experience building channel ecosystems from scratch within SaaS, industrial IoT, or technology companies.
Proven success establishing 50+ partner relationships in industrial services, condition monitoring, or MRO sectors.
Hands-on expertise (8+ years) in offline condition monitoring techniques.
Strong network within the PdM community across the Americas.
Track record of driving first partnerships to revenue within 6 12 months.
Experience leading BDR/hunter teams and scaling partner programs in high-growth environments.
Familiarity with LATAM industrial markets a plus.
