Title: OUC Facilities Engineer
Location: Washington DC
Contract Length: 10 months (with possibility of extension)
Requirements:
- 16+ years of experience monitoring, managing, and optimizing critical data center physical infrastructure (electrical, HVAC, environmental, production, and network capacity).
- Expertise in redesigning 911 data centers/RF antenna sites based on industry standards and performing comprehensive risk assessments for potential outages.
- Strong ability to manage preventative maintenance, failover testing, vendor coordination, and technical project oversight for mission-critical environments.
- Experience monitoring cybersecurity risks, server patch management, and maintaining accurate documentation of infrastructure changes and maintenance activities.
- Proven skills in data center audits, root cause analysis, disaster recovery procedures, and enforcing standards for electrical/mechanical systems and physical security.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
- Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
