Job Title: Omni Analytics Implementation Specialist
Location: Remote
We are seeking an experienced Omni Analytics Specialist to lead the migration from our current Power BI and Azure-based data environment to a modern, scalable analytics platform powered by Omni Analytics. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data models, ETL processes, and dashboards in Omni, ensuring seamless transition and business continuity.
Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Proven experience with Power BI and Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL DB, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Omni Analytics or a similar modern analytics platform.
- Lead the migration from Microsoft Power BI and Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, etc.) to the Omni Analytics ecosystem.
- Define and execute a data migration strategy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and minimal downtime.
- Design and build efficient, scalable data pipelines and models within Omni Analytics.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (cloud, on-premise, APIs) into the Omni environment.
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize ETL/ELT workflows for performance and cost efficiency.
- Recreate and enhance existing dashboards and reports currently in Power BI using Omni s visualization capabilities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and visualization requirements.
- Establish robust data governance, user access controls, and role-based permissions in Omni.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external data security standards.
- Partner with data, IT, and business teams to ensure successful adoption of Omni Analytics.
- Provide training, documentation, and best practices to end-users and analysts.
