Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity within the Import/Export industry in Newport Beach, California, for a Salesforce Analyst. As a Salesforce Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing custom applications in Salesforce, managing and maintaining the Salesforce platform, and providing support and training to end-users. This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal performance and effective utilization of Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce applications.
Administer the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Develop custom solutions in Salesforce to meet business requirements.
Provide training and end-user support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce applications.
Perform data management tasks such as data imports, data cleansing, and data migration.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and integrations.
Create and manage complex reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements.
Integrate other systems and applications into the Salesforce platform.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies within Salesforce.
Automate business processes using Salesforce Flow for efficiency.
Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions in Salesforce.
Implement and maintain security protocols within Salesforce for data protection.
Continuously update knowledge on Salesforce features and best practices.
Guide users through changes and adoption of new processes within the Salesforce environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience in a Salesforce Analyst role or similar.
Demonstrated proficiency in Configuration Management.
Experience with Custom Application and Custom Objects.
Excellent capability in both Gathering Requirements and Requirements Gathering.
Proven ability to Analyze Business Requirements.
Familiarity with Salesforce Object Query Language and Salesforce Object Search Language.
Experience in creating Reports and Dashboards.
Knowledge of Dashboard Metrics and ability to create Interactive and Reporting Dashboards.
Experience working with different Salesforce Environments.
Proficiency in Salesforce Integration.
Ability to create and interpret Flow Charts.
Experience with Salesforce Einstein and Salesforce Einstein Analytics Platform.
Familiarity with Omnichannel.
Solid background in Salesforce Administration.
Experience with Salesforce APIs.
Proficiency in Apex Visualforce.
Knowledge of RESTful Service and RESTful SOAP.
Experience with Tableau is a plus.
