Role: Microsoft Windows Global Product Lead (GPL)
Location: St. Paul, MN (Hybrid - 3 Days onsite per Week)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Windows Global Product Lead (GPL) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of MS Windows IT infrastructure, Intune, and PowerShell. This role is pivotal in our transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring seamless migration, service, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Global Product Strategy: Develop and execute the global product strategy for Microsoft Windows, aligning with organizational goals and market trends.
Windows 10 to Windows 11 Migration: Oversee the migration process from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain and enhance the MS Windows IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
Intune Management: Utilize Intune for device management, security policies, and compliance across the organization.
PowerShell Scripting: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, configuration, and management tasks.
Service and Support: Provide exceptional service and support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
Collaboration/Consultancy: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and operations, to ensure cohesive and efficient product management.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on new features, best practices, and updates related to Windows 11.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
New Projects: Take on new projects as necessary to support the evolving needs of the organization.
Skills:
MS Windows expert / certified engineer
Intune
Powershell
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
Windows certified engineer degree would be great.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Microsoft Windows environments.
Technical Skills:
Profound understanding of MS Windows IT infrastructure.
Expertise in Intune and PowerShell.
Experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration.
Soft Skills:
Project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
