Position: Workfront Implementation Consultant
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Workfront implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, PMO, and business operations to understand business needs and translate them into effective Workfront solutions.
- Design and configure Workfront objects such as projects, portfolios, programs, custom forms, reports, dashboards, templates, and workflows.
- Conduct process analysis and optimization workshops to improve operational efficiency through Workfront capabilities.
- Deliver user training sessions, create documentation, and support change management initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on Workfront best practices, governance models, and system adoption strategies.
- Manage Workfront integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Jira, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams).
- Troubleshoot system issues and offer ongoing administrative support and enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise project management or work management platforms, with at least 5+ years specifically focused on Workfront implementation and consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Workfront implementations for mid-size to large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Workfront configuration, API integration capabilities, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience conducting workshops, training sessions, and end-user support.
Preferred Skills:
- Workfront Core/Advanced/Architect certifications.
- Experience with enterprise integrations (Adobe Creative Cloud, Jira, Slack, Salesforce, etc.)
- Familiarity with marketing operations, resource management, or IT PMO environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in change management and process re-engineering initiatives.
