The Embedded Software Engineer role is part of the Software Development Team based in Belluno. In the role, He/She/They is charged with designing, coding and testing of efficient, reliable and reusable Software for the development of Linux embedded systems.

Essential functions:
  • Develop and test low-level software for Linux embedded systems
  • Drive continuous integration (CI) processes to improve build and deployment automation
  • Collaborate with global teams to troubleshoot, debug, and enhance software performance
  • Help shape the architecture of next-generation embedded solutions

Required qualifications and experience:
  • Degree in Computer Engineering
  • Proficiency in C and C++
  • Comfortable translating business requirements into a design
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Spoken & Written)
  • Interpersonal skills along with the ability to work in a team

Appreciated qualifications and experience:
  • Multithreaded programming with IPC (Inter-process communication) experience
  • Agile Methodology (Agile, SCRUM, Sprints, ...)
  • Familiarity with Linux kernel and drivers
  • Familiarity with programming tools such as Valgrind
  • Good understanding of Git code versioning tool
  • Basic knowledge of Rust
