Job Summary:
We are seeking a Python Developer with strong experience in data visualization, API integrations, and automation to work closely with the Business Intelligence (BI) Technical Team at Prudential. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data modeling, machine learning, and hands-on experience with RESTful API development and automation scripting to support enterprise data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts, APIs, and data workflows.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs to connect with internal and third-party data systems.
Collaborate with the BI Technical Team to design and implement data models and visualizations for business insights.
Work on data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) pipelines and ensure high data quality.
Apply machine learning techniques for data prediction, classification, or optimization tasks as needed.
Support and optimize SQL Server databases for analytics and automation use cases.
Use Bitbucket, Git, and GitHub for version control, code review, and collaboration.
Troubleshoot and debug complex data and API issues in production and development environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BI analysts, data engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Python Developer (data and automation focus).
Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Solid understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and data manipulation.
Familiarity with machine learning workflows (feature engineering, model building, validation).
Hands-on experience with SQL Server and writing optimized queries.
Experience with version control tools Bitbucket, Git, and GitHub.
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other BI visualization tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
