Description:
One of our clients in the banking industry in the Charlotte area is looking for a Support Analyst that will play a vital role in enriching and supporting their vibrant and welcoming team. The Support Analyst will be supporting executive leaders and be the go-to person for facilitating effective collaboration across departments.
The Support Analyst will develop engaging content and events that boost associate engagement, organize exciting townhalls and Quarterly Business Reviews, and plan memorable team events. The Support Analyst will also be proficient with Power BI and Tableau, enabling them to effectively analyze and visualize data. The Support Analyst will have a strong understanding of corporate communications along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Teams, Office, and Visio. The Support Analyst will also have the willingness to learn and develop professionally is essential, as it ensures continuous growth and adaptation in a dynamic work environment. The Support Analyst will support, collaborate, and assistant their high-level departments.
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $40 - $45 / hr. w2

- Required knowledge and experience with Power BI and Tableau.
- Preferred background in Executive Administration, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in intranet writing, presentation, and web design.
- Strong understanding of corporate communications and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Teams, Office, and Visio), with a willingness to learn and develop professionally within a dynamic organization.
