Title: SharePoint Lead Location: Philadelphia, PA Duration: Full time

Experience: 10-14 Years

Responsibilities:
Develop solution architectures and implementation designs in support of the Client s business-technology initiatives
Provide technical and analytical guidance, developing and defining business and technical requirements and solution designs as part of defined projects
Implement SharePoint system solutions, including programming backend and frontend components extending the SharePoint environment/system capabilities
Lead technical design and development, evaluating and troubleshooting functional design and system architecture, component and framework programming
Develop and present conceptual and functional innovation prototypes for assessment and evaluation
Manage and maintain the Client s SharePoint system environments
Assist in the creation of prototypes, POCs, presentations, collateral, RPFs, presales
Implement best practices, policies, governance and guidelines
Guide the SharePoint Development team on best Practices & ensure adherence.

Technical Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor s/Master s degree or equivalent work experience in information systems or related field
Experience on SharePoint 2013/2019 and SPOnline architecture, design, development and implementation experience
Experience with implementing best practice SharePoint 2019, SP Online information architectures, workflows and responsive applications
Experience in Migration process from SP 2010/SP 2013/SP 2016/SharePoint Online using tools like Share Gate
Good experience in PowerApps- Canvas, Model and Portal
Good experience with Power Automate workflows with different data sources
Should be able to design solution using PowerApps, Power Automate portals or forms
Understanding of Power Platform environment to design and deliver automate solutions for SharePoint Online.
Should be able to design and implement solution on MS Teams using SPFX
Experience using full lifecycle development methodologies with web-based applications
Experience integrating with backed operational and content management systems
Experience working on component-based applications including web services, application integration, patterns, and data access development
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint technologies 2013/2019/Online Development in SPFx using REACT
Experience with Web/Portal structure and design, development and content management
Ability to manage projects, perform technical design as well as program
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Understanding SPFx solutions with SharePoint Online environment, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility.
Expertise on Azure DevOps capabilities for continuous integration and development for SP solutions.
Expertise on technical and functional documentations for design and SOPs.
Good client communication and team management skills as well as keen to keep productive work environment for the team overall.
