Job Details

Job Title: Content Manager Duration: 9 months contract Hybrid (2 days work from home and 3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement content strategies across social, web, and email for both pet-parent and veterinarian audiences.
Build and manage content calendars to ensure timely and strategic delivery.
Lead content development across quarterly, monthly, and weekly timelines.
Manage the full content lifecycle including briefing, ticketing, reviews, and approvals.
Oversee video content production and article creation with creative and SEO teams.
Coordinate internal/external stakeholders for video shoots.
Leverage whitepapers, research, and data to create authoritative content with Brand, PVA, and S&T teams.
Lead ratings & reviews programs in collaboration with brand and logistics.
Build and maintain content reporting dashboards; provide actionable insights.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices to continuously evolve content strategy.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related.
6+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in pet nutrition or CPG.
Proven success managing multi-channel content strategy.
Agile, detail-oriented project manager with strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in Smartsheets, Google Suite, SEO tools, CMS platforms.
Experience with video production and content analytics tools.
