Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Experience with TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer
- Certified CSA / CAD / CIS- Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, workflows
- Develop innovative solutions using ServiceNow Flow Designer to streamline business processes.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow Configuration Management Database for efficient data management.
- Governance and change control for enhancements
- Interface with domain architects
- Discuss & capture requirements with platform & product owner
- Analyze requirements
- Recommend solution options
- Perform FSD reviews
- Impact assessments
- Coordinate development with scrum team
- CTA and / or CMA a plus-Lead training sessions for team members on IT Service Management best practices.
-Contribute to the enhancement of ServiceNow Data Sources and Integrations to optimize system performance.
