The Senior Salesforce Engineer will be a key member of our Salesforce team, responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role will involve not only involve hands-on development, but also providing technical leadership and guidance to junior developers while ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, its architecture, best practices, and development methodologies, as well as strong technical leadership and communication skills.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, leveraging expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
  
  
  
  



• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, mentoring junior members and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  
  
  
  



• Lead discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and architect solutions that meet business needs.
  
  
  
  



• Architect and design solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform, including declarative configuration, Apex coding, Lightning components, and integrations with external systems.
  
  
  
  



• Implement Salesforce data integration patterns to synchronize data between Salesforce and external systems.

• Implement CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines in Salesforce using industry best practices.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
  
  
  



• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  
  
  
  



• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.
  
  
  
  



• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.
