Position: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Hybrid (Boston, MA, Austin, TX, or Seattle, WA)
Rate: Negotiable, based on experience
Duration: 11 months
Position Description:
Our F5 e-commerce client is looking to bring on a Supply Chain Analyst to their Supply Chain organization to support several new initiatives and work related to their Oracle EBS database. In this role a candidate will act as an SME in the space and able to even point out to our team where the inefficiencies in current processes in Oracle EBS are. In this role you will be responsible for working with internal partner on ticket resolution, flagging transactional issues upstream and helping aid in best practice development / SOPs. Additionally, consultant will be responsible for making report building from sources like JIRA or in Tableau with existing data.

As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst you will:
  • Be responsible for daily inventory transaction execution, and exception handling & analysis
  • Escalate customer-impacting issues with action item owners and management
  • Develop weekly reporting to identify trends and opportunities
You will also:
  • Help drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste
  • Maintain/update documentation for internal training and reference

Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of applicable experience to go along with a Bachelor's degree in applicable field.
  • Advanced proficiency with Oracle EBS.
  • Knowledge of one or more of EDI, JIRA, Oracle's Agile PLM, and Smartsheets
  • Report Building experience (JIRA or Tableau)
Desired Skills (not required but candidate will have exposure to these skills in this role):
  • Detail Oriented mindset driving down into single-unit / single-digit variances.
  • Strong analytical abilities, high proficiency creating and managing models using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau
  • Strong conceptual understanding of supply chain systems and networks, and configuration management
