Senior Technical Writer/Mesa, AZ LOCAL

Our client is seeking a seasoned Technical Writer to join their team and take ownership of critical documentation for our evolving software systems. You'll collaborate with technical experts and product teams to produce high-quality, user-friendly content that supports internal teams and end customers alike. *This role is hybrid 2 days a week in Mesa, AZ.

Our client is highly admired in the area and is highly regarded in the public services industry. They have an exciting culture and create a great work-life balance for their employees. With Q3 almost a month done and Q4 rapidly approaching, they are looking to bring on a new hire ASAP.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience writing software documentation
• Prior work on new technical products and system functionality documentation
• Proven ability to translate technical language into clear, engaging content
• Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality deliverables
• Excellent English writing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing tools
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Writing samples that include system documentation, CDRLs, or architecture docs
• Experience with knowledge base systems or technical enablement tools
