Job Details

Job Title: SAP Vertex Tester

Location: 100% Remote

Job Description:

The SAP Vertex Tester will be responsible for testing the SAP Vertex integration to ensure tax calculation accuracy and compliance within the Grainger operations. This role involves evaluating the functionality of the SAP Vertex solution, identifying issues, and ensuring that business requirements are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test cases for the SAP Vertex implementation.

Identify, document, and track defects and issues related to tax calculations.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality assurance across SAP systems.

Provide detailed reports on testing progress, results, and recommendations for improvement.

Work with stakeholders to understand tax requirements and ensure they are accurately represented in system tests.

Continuously update testing documentation to reflect changes in business processes or tax regulations.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP testing, specifically with SAP Vertex solutions.

Proven experience in functional and regression testing in SAP environments.

Familiarity with tax compliance and regulations is preferred.
