Your Role

Reporting to the Manager and Lead Admin, Technology and Operations department, as a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for building, supporting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform within the company and optimizing for use with existing toolsets. You are technologically savvy, quick, results oriented, creative, and curious about the best use of technology to improve effectiveness, efficiency and feel of the work environment. You demonstrate initiative, expertise, and passion for the ServiceNow platform and tools which help our people drive business results.

Responsibilities

Your Work

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and configure the ServiceNow platform
  • Work closely with the broader Service now admin team and business partners to create, support and provide the expertise for the Service Catalog, Employee Service Portal along within the ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Application Portfolio Management, and HRSD modules and mobile applications
  • Have proven success in implementation of Employee Portal Professional, and Content management for Enterprise
  • Coordinate and implement upgrades, maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems, and create reports and dashboards
  • Build and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, knowledge, and processes
  • Work closely with HR, other IT groups and business partners to configure and improve ServiceNow capabilities in accordance with ServiceNow HRSD and ITIL best practices
  • Work with ServiceNow vendor on high impact tickets and remediation of them
  • Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow modules as well as develop system integrations and process automation
  • Respond to internal cases from users requiring assistance

Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
  • Strong business acumen and strong knowledge of healthcare, and configuration management database concepts and principles
  • 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow strongly preferred
  • Working and implementation experience and knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, IT Service Management processes, Application Portfolio Management (APM) Service Catalog development, CMDB knowledge, and Knowledge Management are mandatory. Now Assist and Mobile implementation a huge plus for this role
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Implementation, particularly with HRSD journeys such as onboarding and integrations to third party systems highly desired
  • Experience in technical implementation efforts such as ServiceNow Integrations, Version Upgrades, and Maintenance
  • Experience working with integration to 3rd party application API's, REST/AJAX, Web Services, and Integration hub highly desired
  • Completion or in the process of completing the ITIL Foundation v.3 or v.4 certification, preferred
  • Service now HRSD Certification highly desired
  • Completion of the ServiceNow System Administrator certification is preferred
  • Knowledge & Application of Java scripting is strongly preferred
  • Excellent customer-facing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Communicating with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder, fast moving, complex projects
  • Demonstrated organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills

Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork - Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of work day.
