About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud Functional Leader to join our team as a Managing Principal. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on expert who thrives in global design environments and can communicate with clarity, confidence, and authority across diverse stakeholder groups.
You will lead the functional design and implementation of Oracle Cloud modules including Order Management (OM), Global Order Promising (GOP), and Pricing. Experience with Planning modules is a strong plus. This is a remote position with high visibility and impact across global enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global design workshops and drive end-to-end functional architecture for Oracle Cloud OM, GOP, and Pricing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions
- Serve as the authoritative voice in functional design decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
- Configure and optimize Oracle Cloud applications to meet business needs
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and client stakeholders
- Manage client relationships with professionalism and confidence, acting as a trusted advisor
- Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning and proposal development
- Ensure delivery excellence across multiple projects and geographies
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud OM, GOP, and Pricing
- Proven track record of leading global design efforts and delivering complex solutions
- Strong understanding of order orchestration, fulfillment, and pricing strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working in remote, distributed teams and managing virtual engagements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Planning modules (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, etc.)
- Oracle Cloud certification(s)
- Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or high-tech industries
