Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Warehouse Operations Specialist to support key business functions related to inventory management, asset lifecycle tracking, repair logistics, and warranty recovery. This role involves daily interaction with vendors, internal teams such as Procurement, Engineering, and Maintenance, as well as coordination with skilled trades professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving capabilities and thrive in a fast-paced, operationally intensive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, warehouse logistics, asset tracking, and warranty claim processes.
• Coordinate repair management for industrial equipment and components.
• Liaise with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and technicians to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and assets through robust documentation and system updates.
• Respond quickly to operational challenges, applying investigative skills to resolve issues effectively.
• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives across warehouse and inventory functions.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management tools is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory, warehousing, or asset management preferred.
