Role: Enterprise Automation Test Architect.
Location: Houston Traveling between Houston and Chicago
JD:
Hands-on experience as an Enterprise Automation Test Architect.
Working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology
Knowledge on end-to-end Testing Life cycle across Agile delivery
Strong in Automation framework design and good at coding
Good automation skills using Java Selenium and the ability to develop, execute, and maintain scripts independently
Experience working on Mobile Testing/
Good Manual Testing knowledge.
Knowledge of using JIRA or any known defect/ test management tools
Strong client communication skills, able to operate on an onshore/offshore model
Automation Framework Design & help on overall AI strategy
Build and maintain automation-first architectures that support AI-driven operations, including observability, alert orchestration, and intelligent incident handling
Work with cross-functional teams, including QE, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Business Units to align automation goals with enterprise strategy
Lead workshops, demos, and POCs
Define and track KPIs such as test design effort reduction, automation coverage, execution throughput, and cost savings.
Institutionalize innovation through reusable agents and feedback-driven scaling.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Good understanding of technologies and their application in QE.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, etc ).
- API Automation.
- Familiarity with cloud environments
- Strong exp in CI/CD pipelines,
- Ability to lead workshops, define transformation roadmaps, and engage with senior stakeholders
