About the Role:
We are seeking a Product Manager / Business Analyst with strong product and project management skills to join our IBD & GCM Technology team. This group partners with Investment Banking and Global Capital Markets to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions, including real-time trading systems, content creation tools, and secure data management platforms. The role requires collaboration across business, UX, and technology teams to define requirements, manage product backlogs, and deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires collaboration across business, UX, and technology teams to define requirements, manage product backlogs, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define goals, and set priorities for initiatives.
Gather, document, and articulate detailed business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics.
Coordinate across business, UX, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.
Prepare detailed specifications and supporting documentation for development teams.
Assist in designing and reviewing test cases to ensure requirements are met.
Monitor project timelines, communicate status updates, and escalate delays promptly.
Collaborate with other internal teams to share best practices and enhance project delivery processes.

Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
Proven track record in Agile environments, with experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and organizing product backlogs.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
Experience in an investment bank or financial services firm.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to resolve complex issues.
