Job Details

Title: Digital Transformation Change Manager

Location: New England Region US (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation:
Pay Range: $112000K-$16000K

Description:
Lead the people side of change during the transition to a next-generation operating platform.
Focus on stakeholder engagement, clear communication, effective training, and behavior change.
Develop and execute proactive change plans to minimize resistance and support teams.
Ensure successful adoption of new ways of working and build lasting commitment to the initiative.
Collaborate with functional leaders and apply a strong understanding of organizational dynamics.
Support the technology-driven transformation to deliver sustained business value.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy scalable, role-specific training to support adoption.
Equip employees and leaders with the necessary tools and knowledge for the future state.
Drive behavioral change and foster a forward-looking, adaptable culture.
Track adoption, identify resistance, and adjust strategies for successful uptake.
Lead the implementation of detailed change plans and feedback loops.
Develop and deliver clear, consistent messaging for stakeholder engagement.
Integrate change plans with broader digital transformation milestones.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or Psychology.
Coursework or specialization in Change Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Behavior is beneficial.
Certifications in recognized change management methodologies are highly preferred.
Familiarity with project or program management principles is preferred.
Proven experience leading change management efforts for large-scale transformation initiatives.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional alignment.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage communication and training strategies.
