Job Details
Job Title: Lead OpenText eDOCS EDMS Specialist
Location: Tallahassee FL (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months (Long Term)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support OpenText ECM eDOCS Version 5.X+ in a distributed enterprise environment.
- Perform administration of OpenText libraries and database tables using various admin tools.
- Maintain and monitor EDMS server environments (on-premises and Azure).
- Apply server patching, performance tuning, configuration, and backup/recovery strategies.
- Provide end-user and technical support, resolving server/application-level issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure seamless Azure migration and operations.
- Document system environments, cloud configurations, and maintenance procedures.
- Provide training and develop materials for diverse user groups.
- Advise project teams and stakeholders on EDMS functionality, limitations, and enhancements.
- Evaluate and implement third-party integrations with EDMS and offer technical alternatives.
- Represent EDMS in cross-functional meetings and collaborate on technical escalations.
- Assist in logistics coordination for events and other departmental needs.
