Location: MO-Maryland Heights, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Technical Integration Architect, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable and efficient integration solutions

Build Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and model business processes using BPMN to support integration workflows

Develop, configure, and maintain processes within Camunda, including workflow orchestration and decision automation

Integrate systems using REST/SOAP web services, ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance

Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to validate integration design and resolve issues

Translate business processes into executable workflows and automate end-to-end processes when possible

Conduct impact analysis, troubleshoot integration issues, and support testing activities (unit, system, regression, UAT)

Monitor integration performance, identify enhancements, and ensure high system availability and reliability

Document integration logic, process flows, configurations, and technical decisions

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience as an Integration Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role

Hands-on experience with Camunda (BPMN modeling, workflow automation, decision tables, orchestration)

Strong understanding of web services-REST, SOAP, API design principles, response formats (JSON/XML)

Ability to create detailed SDDs and BPMN diagrams and communicate complex tech concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience working in Agile environments

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Provenir (or Provenier as referenced) underwriting/decisioning platform or similar decision engine tools

Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of microservices-based architectures and event-driven systems

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $115,000 or the hourly equivalent.
